Totally agree... that's why reading is so important when learning a language.
Also helpful - watching movies/speaking on a daily basis.

Funny, I got 18 out of 20. Then I asked a friend of mine to try it. She graduated from Cambridge UK with BA in English Lit. & MA in English Edu, and has been teaching English in a top HK DS school for more than 20 years. Guess what. She got 17. Interesting test!

It really doesn't tell you how good your English is, I agree its only concentrate on Grammar. Depends what you want to use the English for. If its for communicating with foreigners then its not much use as its not everyday language.
