MBBS也是在改進中，我始終認為不需要死守36分線，降2-3分影響不大，5，5*，5**只係按quota 拉curve 的結果。

事實上是交替運用。

SBL係先教咗大部system 然後再PBL。PBL係system 未教完就早啲運用。最後兩個都係要學識運用，才會滿足到專業要求，而不是PBL較優勝。
