It is normal for a 13 months baby to explore everything.  You should let him do it because it is the way he explore the world, it is the way that he learn.  If you keep him stay with TV or computer, he will only be interested in these 2 things later.  

You can't expect a baby of 13 months stay in task for long ar.  Don't worry so much, have an assessment if you think necessary.

You can go for an assessment, my son has poor attention and is now receiving private training from a therapist who come to our home every week.  She had done an assessment with my son (forgot the name of the test, but it was a test for hyperactive children).  My son is not hyperactive but only attention deficit.

You can ask the doctor to refer you to see therapist and do a specific assessment for hyperactive.  If your son "成日要人注意佢", it does not seems like 自閉 wor!  My friend's son has 自閉傾向, it does not seems like what you describe your son.

過度活躍 is a kind of symptoms of 自閉症, but 過度活躍 is not equal to 自閉症 ar!  My son's therapist told me about that.  If you are worry, better ask professional for checking la!

Have you tried to let your son play sport everyday?  This can help him to exhaust the excess energy and can do exercise also!  I start to learn tennis now and the tennis coach is very good, I plan to let my son learn it after he reach the age of 3 because the coach has 親子班!

Does your son have any interest in sport?  Any ball game?  Boy always like ball game!
