奶類製品同麥類製品唔可以食, 另外我仔仔對雞蛋敏感都唔可以食.  

* = GFCF
早餐我會比仔仔食雞肉, 牛肉, 豬肉米粉, *意粉, *通心粉, *pancake, *corn flakes/crispy rice, *方包"查"*朱古力醬(只有星期日有, 我仔會好開心)同rice milk (chocolate / vanilla), 煮粉d soup會用一隻pacific ge chicken broth (不過好貴, 所以都會加水煮)

午餐同晚餐會一樣, 因我會留飯送比仔仔帶返學食.
飯, 所有肉類, 菜都可以, 只是調味品要用*豉油, *cornflour, 不用現成的sauce就可以.

晚上水果我多數比佢食梨, 因為grapes同apple ge糖份, 會有yeast problem.

Teatime都有好多choice, *cookies, *bourbon biscuits, *朱古力, *薯片, *cake(要自製, 所以都係一星期一次, 又係好happy).

未開始biomedical treatment同gfcf時, 其實我仔仔非常偏食, 而家佢雖然gfcf, 其實佢食ge食品種類比之前多左好多,  同enjoy, 所以我都想比佢食enzyme, 等佢係特別日子如birthday party, christmas都可以同其他小朋友一樣咁享受食野ge樂趣.  

GFCF後先開始睇書, d研究話奶類製品同麥類製品對某d自閉小朋友, 有"鴉片"作用, 影响佢地神經系統, 同時佢地偏偏更加只係食呢兩類食品, 唔食其他野, 我自己覺得我仔仔就係呢類小朋友.

係呀, 我只會在DMSA期間個3日減少starch食品, 我都會比仔仔食少少飯, 主糧我計劃會係肉類.

"麥類製品"正確係麩質(gluten), 最簡單就係所有麵粉/小麥粉做的, 例如麵包, 餅乾, 另外好多調味品都會有gluten.

Grapes同apple, 我係睇children with straving brains講(第104-105頁), 可以食梨同berries代替.  因為我仔仔係學校一星期會食兩次萍果, 所以屋企我唔會再比佢食.

我仔仔都係食三日dmsa, 每日食3次, 但我無每次食前和食後空肚1個鐘, 上兩次食呢, 我就每隔6小時食1次, 因為我睇yahoo個邊同我有一位朋友都話每次隔ge時間要平均咁先好(但yahoo佢地個protocol唔同), 不過下次我會每隔4小時1次(我唔識講點解, 但睇完一輪d forum同dan個website後有此決定):

兩次dmsa course後, 會做blood test驗肝和腎功能(要之前空肚8小時驗, 所以dr. trodd約個8:30am去佢clinic, 咁半夜開始唔食嘢就得). 其實dr. trodd有少少因為我成日問住所以recommend做, 再兩個course後(即total 4個course)就驗urine check toxic metal.

我無問是否每個月要驗一次肝和腎功能, Dr. Trodd只係叫我仔食4個course, 做urine test, 再睇吓結果, 先再決定.  所以我無問Dr. Trodd 最多可以食幾多個course, 因為我會睇吓DMSA個效果如何才決定.  我睇Children with straving brains一書, 通常都要6個月至2年, 直到見唔到再有明顯進步至停, 另外書裡面有講, 當DMSA令體內toxic metal減到一個底水平, 就會加ALA, 排除在腦內的toxic metal.

Dear all,

I have a very urgent question.  My son begins his 2nd round of DMSA.  Today is the 2nd day.  He gets a cough and a fever tonight.  I have no choice but to give him Paracetamol.  Should I stop the DMSA tomorrow at once?  I believe I should.

Are you referring to Peptizyde ?  May I know about the dosage.  Do you follow the bottle 1 capsule before each meal ?  Thanks.

我都會好似jasper888咁講, 但就自己用電腦整份A4 size一連3個月的月曆, 用黎記低Duflican同DMSA等的日子, 貼係廳度, 我同老公都可以睇到幾時食mug. 我連睇dr. trodd都帶埋去, 個次佢話食完四次DMSA的course, 就收集urine做test, 我仲可以即時數到話1月頭你office休息, 我交唔到喎, 佢仲係張月曆度mark埋幾時停食duflican, 幾時做blood test比我, 都幾有用呀!

餵仔仔食supplement, 我平時會用一d硬膠杯仔, 一杯杯比仔仔飲, 但裝魚油個隻, 新工人洗極都油淋淋, 今日我係上環買左d 1oz 即棄軟膠杯仔, 決定用黎裝魚油, 雖然好似唔係咁環保, 但我見到工人用大量水同洗潔精洗個隻杯仔, 我覺得仲唔環保, 100隻$13.

唔知你地用mug野方法比小朋友食supplement呢?

The hard small plastic cups, I bought them at Ikea sometime ago which are actually toy cups and I believe already out of stock now.

The disposal cups, I bought them in a small shop at 上環蘇杭街105號地下, 裕記過幾個舖位.  Here's how the small cup looks like (just borrow the picture in website)-

My son also takes lithium over 1 month.  According to Dr. Trodd, it helps to calmdown my son hyper caused by the yeast problem.  But sorry I can't tell whether it works since the effect is not obvious, in my son case.

About yeast:  I find the following in Yahoo forum-
have anyone tried No-Fenol before?  Any comment?

"If you want to control yeast:
1. No-Fenol by Houston ?www.houstonni.com - contains cellulase plus xylanase
2. Candidase by Enzymedica ?http://www.enzymedica.com/first.html - contains cellulase and proteases
3. Candex by Pure Essence ?contains cellulase plus probiotics

Note: No-Fenol has been seen to be very effective on yeast, not much first-hand experience is available for the other products, but they are available. For yeast control, give these products in between meals, either one hour before eating or 2 hours after eating. If you take these product with meals they will help with yeast a little and also break down much of the more fibrous foods eaten (complex carbs, fruits, and vegetables)."

我個仔星期日剛剛完成第四輪DMSA, 同justin仔仔一樣, 我個仔今次DMSA都會彈d說話出黎, 例如去我奶奶屋企食飯, 我叔仔整到佢個飯盒, 佢即刻望實佢話你撞到我個盒喇. awareness都有好度, 可能12月食過10日duflican, 雖然yeast problem無咁勁, 不過傻笑得好頻密, 多到我都頂唔順, 覺得佢D笑聲好嘈同好煩!!

我仔仔都試過食完DMSA無boo boo, 但dr. trodd話DMSA唔會令佢無boo boo, 跟住開左vit c比佢, 呢兩次DMSA就無呢個問題.

我仔仔食DMSA, 一樣係high到暈, 一樣係少少野就笑到傻左咁, instead of 放東西入有水的杯內同倒瀉水落地, 都好類似就係掟野落地/落街(請大家唔好告發我!!), 可以係淨係把口話要掟mug掟物然後自己笑餐飽, dr. trodd話係攪起佢體內toxic metal同yeast problem, 到第二個pulse前, 就食左12日duflican, 情況有好轉, 到第三第四個pulse, 無duflican, 就又係high哂, 今次我同dr. trodd攞左擦ge dmsa(td form), dr. trodd話會慢d, 但我都寧願慢d, 另外仲開左nystatin同ALA.  ALA好似都係同DMSA一樣3 days on / 11 days off (唔記得問清楚).

另外, 一如kawai所料, 4個pulse後的urine test, mercury, arsenic同lead都比第一次test高, 這是dmsa有把體內toxic metal扯出來的原因, 係好現象, 其實我都覺得dmsa work, 只是仔仔每次都太high !!

我早幾日帶仔仔去disney慶祝生日, 住左3日兩夜, 非常開心, 有帶備gfcf小食, 但正餐的gfcf只好暫停, 用enzymes搭夠, 不過好彩沒有明顯regression.
