Hi I am a new mother at this...

First of all, hope all your children are doing well and living happily.  

I have heard of biomedical treatment for some time already, but I was afraid to try, the side effects and the unknowns.

It has been 2 years since my son was diagnosed, he has been to ABA, ST and OT trainings.  Of course he has imporved with training and his maturity.  But I recently feel that we have again come to an dead end.  That's why I am looking for more information to help him.

I have some questions and would appreciate your help...

1)  how should I start
2) who are the more experienced Dr for Biomedical treatment in Hong Kong
3)  If I want a evaluation on his body's condition such as toxins and allergy, should I go to an independant lab rather then the Dr's office?
4) my son has got some diagnosis from Watch dog, but I want a more detail test, where is a good place to go for english speaking kid?
5) does anyone have any recommendation for a good / caring kindergarten for a english speaking boy?

hi angfun, from your msg, u said us son is doing the ABA, do u mind to tell me where he do the training?
My son is now doing the "I" seat, st,pst, ot, gym and swim, but now i want to add some ABA training for him, cos he got some behavior problem which make me feel very hard to manage him at home.
I have just started the biological treatment with Dr Lau, but he is not going to work as a doctor next month, so i need to see Dr trodd.

這個blog我上網找生物療法的資料時，都睇過，講出A仔父母的心態，有甚麽方法，都會去試，言語治療、社交訓練、...等等的傳統做法，一樣好貴。

如果生物療法真是一無事處，明珠檔案 都不會講la，不是個個A仔都適合，我個醫生講，外國的做法是如進行療程3個月沒有進步者，為不適合。我個仔試左兩個月，就有好大的進步。

My son 8 years old now has tried biomedical treatment for 2 years (from 2006 to 2008) with Dr Trodd and Dr Lam. I found no significant effect on my son's case. On the contrary, significant help / improvement come from sensory integration exercises, physical exercises, social story telling, playing piano and Louis Program's method.

我睇開個醫生講，試3個月如未見效果，這療法就不適合。
我個仔都是8歲，今年4月尾開始，試左兩個月，成個人已經吾同左。
昨晚，我的父母話:你個醫生好煩，叫你個仔樣樣吾食得，我叫他們自己試試叫個孫，當時他們和個孫隔大概5-6米，我個仔玩緊超人，他們叫個孫的名，我仔望過來，說:咩事呀?老人家都話: 從前無這樣好的反應。他們才明白我為何辛辛苦苦幫個仔戎口。

I am Alfred and I have been thru this web site a number of times and wanted to join your group but unfortanitely I didn't know how to join as everything was written in chinese . Finally with the help of someone from my office I managed to open an account and this is my first message I am sending to you . I do hope it reaches you and hope you will reply me back . I have a son 3 yrs old and is dignosied with autism , mainly he is non verbal hence wanted to know if is ok for me to join your group .
