Hi lousia, does it means we should attend the whole session of 3:00-7:00 (i.e. it is a briefing session)? or we can find a free timeslot in the session for the registration?

Just contacted GT and they told that we can go to MK campus for registration at any time during 3pm-7pm this Sat.   We will be there at around 5:30pm, how about you? May be we'll meet there and our kids will be classmates in Sept 2007.  Very exciting!!!

I think I will arrive earlier at 3:00, but nevermind, our children will be classmate very soon.

According to Principal's presentation in the briefing session, select "both" should increase the chance instead of only selecting one of branch.

I don't see any special characteristics of my son to be a gifted talent child at the moment.  He is just a cheerful and active boy, not too shine.  I had also asked this question and the Principal replied that they did not only accept children with high IQ.

I chose "Mongkok". I didn't know if choosing "both" will have greater chance but Mongkok is closer to our home.

I think my son is not a gifted child and his IQ is normal. But he is quite "mature" and friendly and willing to answer teachers' questions / participate in activities.

Don't know if my concern is too earlier or not......
As I am living in TKO, any 保母車 service offer by GT from TKO to MK?
Or, I should make arrangement by myself?

I also chose both.

Regarding the school bus service, it is also my concern.  I lived in HK Island East and planning to move to Kowloon side or even TKO if no bus service can be aranged by the school.

The interview is in 2 parts : child and parent

child part : football playing, calculation, reading of chinese/english words....

parent part : question on your submitted  家長意向書.  Seems no standard question.

Dear Mayc,

Link has provided the main content of the interview.

From my personal opinion in writing the application form, it all depends on how your child's characters and your expectation on your child's development.  The information in the leaflets distributed in the briefing session and in the school website provide useful information to me to write the application form already.

I believe that the child's interview performance is more important than the parents' as we have a very short period of interview time with the GT teacher.

小朋友首先在操場分組玩足球，然後上班房畫畫等個別interview。interview內容包括：加減數、寫生字、中英文閱讀句子等。

填寫家長意向書我覺得最緊要係真實寫出小朋友的優點和缺點，兩三句已經可以，因為家長面試部份都會根據家長意向書而提出問題。

I also received the letter from GT, my daughter was admitted to P1 at MK campus in 2007.
