当然啦，大学有最后决定杈。

会不会也要睇在英国读咗几多年，一直英文是否母语，我知道如果英文在高中一直是母语，係不用考。IB一样，如果英文B都要考IELTS。

To play safe, better to check the target course of the target university web page. It maybe different with different subjects or different university.

Eg: UCL
