May I seek your advice on the application form please? Do you know whether it is better if we get the form directly from the school instead of download from website? Does the school give higher mark for those forms directly got from school?

I guess there is no difference. Last year I download the form from website and my girl still got the offer. If it is inconvenient for you to get the form from the school, I believe you can just download from its website.
