Hi, why is it important to find a native English speaker to teach Math? To learn Math, it is important for the teacher to have strong Math concepts. Accents should be a secondary consideration. Just my 2 cents. b.rgds,
The problem is my kid could not quite understand easily when the teacher was explaining in Cantonese. But when the teacher was trying to explain in Eng, it seems theres difficulty for her in expressing herself freely. Thats why i am interested to know if any Enopi teacher is native Eng speaker out there so that kid and teacher can communicate more freely.
There is a native English speaker in Yau Ma Tei Center. You can have a look over there. That tutor had a prize in MATH competition in Singapore before.
