見好多courses都係DSE放榜前有interview, 但當時未有DSE各科成績, 我上網見student learning profile 的sample 又只有校內各科於校內考試所考獲的分數 and their full marks. 連名次和predicted grades 都沒有. 其實based on d乜去揀人interview呢?

大學每年都會收來自全港各中學嘅學生，大概都心裏有數每間學校的水平。大部分學科係要放Band A先有得interview.

到中六，中學應該另外有PG提供給大學，大學按PG再安排面試，可以在放榜前，也可能放榜後。熱門科目就算面試完，也不一定有offer。

知道一般只有Band A choices才有interview.
但不知道學校會submit PG 給大學，我以為只有non-JUPAS students 才會submit.

唉，son's class teacher last year is a temporary staff with no knowledge in DSE. This year, his class teacher is an expatriate who also knows nothing about DSE.

全班同學都係蒙下蒙下.

But anyway, 大學會否知道PG也不太重要, 最緊要是先讀好自己的書。
同埋年尾apply universities揀什麼科, 現在仲頭痛緊。

JUPAS 除左好神果D 科, 其實唔多科會預先interview. 做好本份讀好書. 到出左results 時, 如果結果夠分而本身果科要IN而之前無IN ,佢會叫返你去, 如醫科.LAW 就見有D 要見, 有D 唔駛, 如夠高分果D直入唔需要見.

其實好似UCAS一樣，JUPAS 學生自己create account後，有一欄是學校填的（學生看不見學校填咩）。一般都會在中六mock後輸入PG。當然不同學校計算PG的方法都不相同。我見你想報醫。這樣，兩所醫學院會在4月拿到所有applicants的PG。然後5月底開始，會shortlist學生面試。

留意不同大學學系的interview 安排:

如果HKU, 講明放BAND A 才會有機會去interview.

咁之前如果DSE報UCAS，學校是否也會幫手出PG？如果有，兩次PG是否會調整？同學自己是否可以知道PG分數？

兩個唔同嘅系統，分別報英國（UCAS）同香港（JUPAS）的大學所用嘅統一派位系統。但UCAS申請最遲大概在1月中（其實只要你報醫或牛劍，10月中便截止了），一般香港行DSE嘅中學都應該未考mock，只能用中5成績在相應的系統内輸入PG。但JUPAS截止日期較後（其實都預了學校夠時間考埋mock），一般學校會用中六mock成績計算PG。但每間學校點計（會考慮幾多中5成績），就因應中學本身的方法。反正大學只需要看個別學生的PG，中學你估比我。而假如某學校的PG一直唔准，大學一定會有自己看法去調整的。

報UCAS也是一樣的，學生自行開了UCAS account後，學生要比條key學校，學校就會輸入PG，學生是看不見的。學生會否知道就看個別學校的規定了。我細路的學校有career office。一般同學去問，會靜鷄鷄話比你知！
