SC (English/Putonghua) and HKPS - Kowloon Tong (English/Putonghua), could anyone provide comments or their previous P1 result? Are they have both Chinese and English Maths?

I don't know HKPS much. But I choose SC (English/Putonghua) for my son in the coming K1. I have a friend who had taught in SC nearly 5 yrs ago. She said SC had many experienced teachers and could handle the kids very well. She said there was no English/Putonghua class at that time, so she could not give me any comment, but she said Putonghua is quite essential now in this society and it is better to let the kids learn earlier. But my friend warned me that it is quite expensive to put my son in this school, as SC doesn't accept 學卷.
