my girl just got in last week, 叩門 quota gei..... seems no parents here..... My girl will be in class 1E. anyone same? pls keep in touch.

seems they don't hv so many textbooks? and the level/standard also looks v easy?

Does anyone have some opinion about the school bus?? my girl is the 1st one to get on the school bus and last one to get off, she spends more than 2hours back and forth travelling.

But in my past experience and ask other schools and their school bus service, usually, to be fair, the first few to get on the bus will usually the first few to be dropped off.

I filed my complaint but seems no much feedback from both the school and the school bus company.

their test is in less than 2 weeks time... don't know how to get it started...

i also don't know where to start from, we just did a little bit revision on her english and chinese textbook yesterday at home.....as she is the eldest child, so i have no experience at all how to handle primary school work....

My son just start the eng class at ABC, but he study at Learning Plus at Jordan before. I think ABC is ok but the price was a little bit high. After my son go to ABC interview, he love to go there.

Think after the test next week, i will have to get my girl the PTH/ENG/Maths class as well.... so I am still asking around if any good recommendation.

btw, how much for the course (per month?) at ABC? I also looking for some in TW/Tsing Yi area...

I forgot to ask my daughter to "meet" with ur son... don't know if they know each other yet.....

total is 6 hours per month and twice a week 45mins per class and the charge is $1,380 per month. But my son like the school.

*sigh* yea... everything now is so expensive, my girl is so packed on Sat and I don't think she now can't handle any class on weekday.... she is too slow in doing hmwk...

but their homework is not that much compare with some other gov't school (not even think about the private/famous one) they have to dictate their chinese themselves ...

my daughter asked why we stayed at home for the weekend (recent 2-3 weeks) and can't go out.... and we were studying till 11pm last nite...

i thought she is ok on chinese subject, so we studied 常識 ... but during it, i found many of the chinese characters she forgot again (and those are the same she learned from chinese)

總之溫來溫去, 仍舊好像未溫過.... so frightening...

aiya... after the test, i was so busy, so not even ask her if she thinks the test she is ok or not... but she told me the easiest is Maths and found difficult is 常識.... don't want to imagine her results....

I just found out last nite, they have the test paper return at school but not allowed to bring back home.... she wrote down the marks in her handbook, only Chinese paper is not yet released... her social studies got 85...

is this also the same in other class? my girl is in 1E

^^ yea, ur son is Chiu Cheuk Yin, same gym class as my girl, we still haven't got chance to meet..... maybe the coming school picnic, see if we can meet then.

so ur son got the test papers? my daughter said the teachers only ask them to write down their marks on their handbooks. so I don't know what kinda questions she didn't know how to answer. ai... if the same kinda questions in the exam, dunno what to do.

i don't know if ur son cld get a space for 15 points but last year, my girl didn't work out for only 15 points. she got in by 叩門, if i remember correctly, the space for 叩門 is 10 and then 10 more students on the waiting list. If any of the first batch in the 10叩門位 give up their space, then the school will ask students in the waiting by their rank (1 to 10). Hope it helps a bit.... :) Good Luck!

if this school is realli ur favorite one, then u better to apply again in the second round, because when u 叩門, they requested to hv the copies of ur choice in this 2 stages. So I guess ur consistency is very important.
