Yes, it is, so you have to evaluate all the factors before you make the decision, if you love the school, you have to scarify, no pain, no gain.

Most school in Hong Kong, either
a) school size is too small;
b) school location is remote;
c) school looks old or unpleasant;
d) tense competition and lots more reason......
