Have anyone received the notice of the 2nd interview?  Does the school notice the 2nd interview in a certain period? or they will send the letter to the potential candidates right after they have passed the 1st round?

from our info, the last date of 1st interview is Oct 17 and theya re going to send out the 2nd interview letter on Oct 18

I am not sure about when will the 2nd round interviews be dispatched, however, the 1st round interview is still going on.  As far as I know, the latest interview date is 21st Oct.

My dad is old boy and got schoolarship until F7 long time ago.  They said they will mark down for ref. But the most important is the interview and how deep you love the school.  You remember the principal told us they afraid some kids felt school is far away in the future.  No students want to go and play so high edu fee.  Actually the school fee is so high, will you consider if your kids passed.  So I think they will also consider the background of the family.

still on till OCT 21??? i was interviewed in last week.  several my friends were or going to interview in coming few days, latest on Oct 17.
originally i guess Oct 17 is the end day of the 1st interview.  if anyone here receive the 2nd interview letter, pls advise.   coming these 2weeks, very nervous.  my kid did not tell me too details what's up with her interview, seems only a few simple questions had been asked....

We are waiting for the 2nd interview, will they send me a failed letter in 1st round? Are you sure only 300 might be passed and invite for 2nd interview?

what I've heard is only 200 can go to 2nd round  
so 200 or 300 ?????

The official data is around 200 candidates for the 2nd round interview.

200 for sure, it was stated by the principal on press.
but amoung these 200, how many of them are fight for the 70% (related group) and 30% (no related, like me)?? not explained briefly.

no need to be disappointed, my kid told me same right after the interview.  but later you asked "did the
teacher ask you this question....??" or "did you hv picture to read...??  her question is yes, or seems yes...
sometime really confused. in that case, forget what he/ she did during interview, only we can do is "waiting for the result"  and "well-prepare for coming interviews".

Hi hi moms.  This is a report!  My kid was interviewed this morning la...  Waited for long before the kid got inside the "exam centre" and then waited for long before he got out.  He was the last one on the "call list" in his group and also the last one to get out.  So, maybe the order of getting out actually follows the order of getting in, don't worry.

I asked my kid what were asked he said he forgot but when I asked him whether the questions are difficult he said: "very easy" (*kiss kiss*).  So... I guess it's just chit chat.   

But pls note moms, the whole process took really very long... waiting, waiting, and waiting.  Almost 2 hours.  I felt so boring (although I bought some games and a book, I really wasn't in the mood of reading / playing...).

Now, I feel a lot better!  Just sit and wait for the 2nd letter.

Really?  My kid played a different game (for the individual interview)!

Do u mean your kid play different games with Principal?  My son failed the first part (play games with others) as he don't have any experience to play these toys.  So, he can't finished and the teacher didn't guide him or teach him.

The 2nd part, Mrs. Lee ask him to see the story book, as mentioned, don't need to speak out or no questioning.  Then Mrs. Lee also play a game with him which test him whether smart or not.

MY SON SAID THAT HE READ SOME BOOKS DURING WAITING.  THEN PLAYED MEMORIZING GAME WITH THE PRINCIPAL, THEN THE PRINCIPAL ASKED HIM WHAT'S HIS NAME + AGE + SCHOOL ATTENDING, THEN SHE TOLD HIM A STORY, ASKING HIM TO TELL THE STORY JUST READ.

Hi hi Jeff_Mom, my kid said that he played one game with two other kids first then when he had the individual interview, he played one game with the teacher/ the principal.  Your kid told you the same thing?  I am not sure how true my kid's "report" is... ha ha ha...
