從轉為直資到現在，都是$3,000 。  比高主教還少兩佰元，將來就不知道了。

其實舊年係咪briefing + registration同一日?

以前唔係架, 聽左briefing, 等家長有時間考慮. 另一日返學校registration.

唔知有冇waiting list被邀請去briefing session?

I have the offer too. Thanks.  I  heard that there have been a lot of drop outs  in round 2.  I really doubt why the school's round 2 interviews started that late.  I understand quite a number of round 2 interviewees accepted offers from the EDB round one allocation and other private schools by end of 2013 and they forfeit the 2nd round.  I strongly suggest the school to adjust next year's admission calendar.

I think is good that school interviews later after some schools already reported the results and Gov release the first round result.  Then those candidates that attend the 2nd interview truely like the school and mostly will take the offer.  My boy did not attend the 2nd interview as well......, but I think St Paul Boy is a very good school.

點解唔喺11月就2nd interview+公佈結果? 其實校方都有佢既難處.

多年前, 我大仔考SPCPS年代, 申請人唔算多, 大概7:1 或 10:1左右.

當年冇2 rounds, 全部校長個別接見.

公佈結果日子大概係首輪官津收生前一星期, 之後就briefing session, 註冊日會喺首輪官津結果公佈後幾日進行.

家長係有時間等埋自行結果考慮要邊間學校學位.

但因去年下學期搬新校舍, 又撞正小一面試時期, 加上近呢幾年申請人急增, 學校行政互作量嗇大, 所以先推遲2nd round interview. 而今年, 剛好校舍既事情settle down, 12月要做 “獻校禮”(Internal Open Day + Celebration), 隨即又校內考試, 校方又忙於準備, 真係兼顧唔到做埋2nd round interview + 公佈結果.

淨係嗰幾日交申請表要花家長幾個鐘, 對完呢樣又對嗰樣就知道校方個行政工有幾大.
嗰幾日, 中學部師兄, 家教會, 校工都出動幫手, 同我多年前交大仔申請表完全唔同.
