My son said the lady that interviewed her addressed herself as "Vice-Headmistress"!! My son said she looks very kind and nice...and he enjoys the interview a lot.
I think that is already a very good experience to my boy even though he cannot go the second round.
Called Education Bureau and the staff there said I can still go 叩門 even if I had registered with a DSS (but sure cannot enter the central allocation la).
Thanks.
>> What if I withdrew from the central allocation, can I still go to other subsidized school to 叩門?

I do think you can. Call Education Bureau to make sure.
點先知係副校見? 因為even 我都唔知副校係咩樣? 我小朋友淨係話not interview by principal.
我覺得無希望係因為如果好的, 應該留係到等到校長返來俾佢look look
有無副校的相可以俾我look look
...
I saw the 副校 went into the meeting room (葡國人). It's all from last year bk discussion. for other 副校樣. I also don't have the photos, but as per kaheibaba previous info. both 副校 names are:
Did you mean "government-aided schools" (津校) or DSS schools when you said "subsidized schools" in your original question?
Thank you for your clarification. Maybe "door-knocking" is outside the whole system, so they cannot stop you from doing it. Assuming you mean "government-aided schools", I believe if you succeed in "door-knocking", you will be required to release the DSS place when you register in the government-aided school.

I have the photos of the headmistress and the vice-headmistresses scanned from their school's special publication (available for sale at the admission seminar - I borrowed a copy from a friend whose child is now studying P1 at SPCC).

exactly: If I accepted a DSS, then I can still go to 津校 to knock-door/beg for a place, of course I have to relinquish from the DSS seat if I succeed in that 津校.

My daughter also said the lady who had interviewed her introduced herself as vice-headmistress.
One wired question that the vice-headmistress asked my girl was "Did you take any Interview course?" and my daughter replied "Yes". Oh my goodness, my daughter must be "acting" too much instead of presenting her true self. Anyway she enjoyed the interview the most.
