原來 "中文百達通" 揀 "等級二" 係高分好多, 但幾難吓...
我相信都係靠家長幫手多D.
我叫阿囡做"等級一", 佢又厭分數低, 但始終係佢自己做, 好過吓吓靠我講答案, 咁好無意思啫???

不過, 平日溫書時, 我發覺佢都會記到個課文的...

如果好似 MISS 話: 英文unseen dictation, 即係將D課文撈亂.
咁... 如果 MISS 將D課文撈亂, 而佢地又背咗書先, 會先入為主就好易寫錯...
真係要問清楚 ??

Hi do-re-me,
My daughter said that the oral assessment will be continued next Tuesday. I think the girls just need to read the WP words during the oral assessment. Hope that I am right on this.

I'm also very "Sin Mo" you that your daughter loves to read. My girl is not a very independent reader, but she enjoys reading with me. Although she understands most words, she still prefers me to read it out for her. I know she's also reading because sometimes when I missed out a word or mis-pronounced a word, she'll correct me immediately. But if I ask her to read silent independently, she's just flipping the pages without reading word by word..., how can I train her to read by herself???

I received the Scholastics order form yesterday,
anyone know if the girls will like to read Junie B. Jones series??? I'm thinking to get the Junie B First Grader Set, any recommendations?

(My girl already have many Rainbow Magic at home so I want her to try other series.)

圖書館都有借, 另有Audio CD借的, 可考慮...
陪個囡一齊睇, 一人一本, 比賽鬥快睇完...

Junie B First Grader, 都好睇架, 我囡話:幼稚園個 series 搞笑D.

Scholastics 版嘅quality 嘛嘛D,內頁摺位會起晒波浪的, 我囡厭棄呀!!
如果要求唔高都好抵買, 可以考慮的.

自從在這裡讀書，我的女兒Faline很開心，因為她發現很多同學都和她一樣喜歡看書，而且這所學校閱讀英文書的風氣佳，她越來越愛看英文小說，正是朋輩的影響力。

thank you. Sugar考左oral 了,WP只考讀字, 不困難. 下星期好多默書測驗, 請問writing assessment會點考? 是否只考On Monday, I will...On Tuesday, I will...果D? 今日去左溜冰比賽, 全日都無時間讀書. Sugar好幸運地攞左冠軍,雖然係豬肉奬, 但都好開心.

圖書館MISS 都叫我囡要睇多D中文書, 其實我囡唔多鐘意睇中文, 我都頭痛中~

我都係隨意咋~
以前P.1會跟本Reading Record 內嘅CLB(中文書) list 借書俾阿囡睇, 學校D CLB 佢肯睇, 我就成個系列借晒返嚟俾佢揀, 10本中只得1-2本佢肯睇咋, 我成日要出出入入圖書館架, 其實最好可以帶小朋友自己去借書會好D, 無時間就好似我咁, 借一大堆返嚟俾D小姐揀...

中文書我最近會借D關於數學/手工美術/十萬個為什麼...
仲會借D中文譯本嘅書, 如:老鼠記者, 彩虹仙子
我囡睇咗英文版所以再睇埋中文版都OK,又會好快睇完, 我個人覺得翻譯本唔好睇, 譯得唔好, 但見阿囡肯睇我都會幫佢借.

新雅D書, 好似唔錯, 可以留意吓~
