睇過去的資料，林校長的性情似是有自己一套去㨂學生，好進取，但有㸃獨裁。見𠳔哋D學生都不錯的。

I don't think Mrs Lam is looking for dynamic talkative parents, she's looking for parents who are sincere, care and understand their son.Did your son answer all her questions?

Two years ago, we didn't have a positive feeling after the interview but we got lucky.

Twolilmonkeys, thanks ar, yes my son answered the questions, slowly, very short answer, and just a few questions, not a lot, none is about the 2nd interview. It seems she did not really testing my son's ability, seems she did not plan to accept my son. Plus, we were not answering fluently, so, we were thinking we would not be successful.
May I ask 2 years ago, was your interview arranged very early in the line, if you still remembered? I am trying to self soothing and guess for those being interviewed in the first 10 days, the child performance was quite good and was recognized without the need to ask many questions anymore. That is why Mrs Lam did not ask much questions to my son.

去年3 rd in,我仔都好靜，亦冇答對全部問題，父母部分其實我諗不太差就可以，加油！

基本上第一次interview同第二次interview成績已經係校長手，分數已定，佢再睇埋家長和學校配合吧

希望如是，但講到配合，校長又沒有問家校合作的問題，所以不知在她眼裏，我們是否配合的家長。但謝謝您分享！

Our interview two years was around a week after Chinese New Year.
My son gave short answers too, and sometimes slow at answering.
My husband & I were nervous and we did not answer well either.
When we came out of the interview we felt we had ruined our son's chances of getting an offer. That evening I had to call my close friends & relatives to talk it over (therapy!!) One said " Just because parents don't talk well don't make them bad parents" I thought this was true and I'm sure Mrs Lam understands this.
How long did your interview take?
Our's was about 15-17 mins, and it felt like a life time for us!

Don't think too much about interview date arrangements, we will never know how the school plans them.
I'm sure with this school as well as others no one is confident to say whether they will obtain an offer.

對，有時覺得會收又唔收，有時覺得in得唔好反而又收左，都是平常心啦！唔抱太大期望反而會輕鬆點呀！

Heartfelt thanks for your sharing. We have about 15 mins interview and I also felt so bad that night ..... No appetite to eat. You are right, let it be, we have tried our best.

真對，我本來以為兒子無機會入3rd in, 結果又有，平常是對的！

The fact that your son was able to answer questions under 4 adults' observation is truly amazing for a little 5 year old.
So praise him whatever the outcome.
