這種研究為主的學院跟一般大學比較，我覺得係好困難。

按wiki，她的法學院在英國很出名。

better to choose a local university if you plan to be a lawyer in HK. for an overseas law degree holder, you need to study the conversion couses for a few subjects in order to apply for PCLL. besides, the admission to PCLL for overseas degree holders is highly competitive. usually you need to graduate from a decent law school with good academic results.

My cousin graduated from one of the UK law schools with a similar ranking as SOAS a few years ago. He got a upper second honour degree and applied for CityU PCLL. He was put on the waiting list and eventually got the offer in early Sep.

Hence, I would say a second upper honour degree (GPA > 3.3) from SOAS is a minimum requirement.

Top tier law firms in HK only considered those UK graduates from G5 or very reputable law schools like King's college and Bristol. In fact, most of the graduate traineers would have summer internship experience before.

Nowadays, internship is a must instead of a plus. All ifirm will select trainees from the vacation scheme or clerkship programme. Yep, there may be some exceptional cases which is not common.

回香港求功名, 我認為CITYU 好些...

想往左膠方面發展, SOAS 應該不錯!

其實要入大行, 除左名校, 獎學金SCHOLAR, 是否都要有人際關係先OK 呢?

connections can only help if you have decent academic (i.e. good GPA from a good law school) and non academic (e.g. mooting competition, social service) achievements.
