Teachers in IS are mostly very considerate. They won't
expect your English would be as good as them. In the case you meet them, just ask them to talk slower to you. I think they are willing to adjust the speed of their conversations. But the most important of all is that your daughter can be accepted by the school.
My son is in RCHK primary. Before the parent-teacher conference is held this year, the classteacher sent a notice to parents to schedule for the meeting. A note was written at the bottom of the sheet asking parents if they need an interpreter during the conference. I guess the teacher would ask a Chinese speaking staff in the school for such help. I don't know if this applies to all classes. It's very nice that the teacher/school is so considerate.
