What do you expect in such hearing test? I think your kid only allergic to certain noise and surely his hearing ability has no problems.
You could make him adapt to these noise progressively, say going to the parks with less people first, then go to other a bit more crowded places. Yet, his problems should not be that worse as if he has no problems in school (which is also a crowd of people involved), he should be OK.
