Yes, CCSC's Principal is IT background. Thus, you can search many useful info from its website. e.g HKCEE HKALE result, S1 preschool exam result & students' performance, etc.

Not necessary IT background. More on self-confidence of the school leadership....

據我知你地兩位既小朋友以前都是衞理下既學生,我囡囡今年9月都會入讀衞理上午校,之前響bk見到你地評價衞理是唔錯既小學,校長同老師都有愛心,所以我都幫小女揀著衞理上午校,希望冇揀錯.好多人話衞理唔是十分谷,但派位又好好,有點奇怪,d人估計是家長自己谷小朋友,所以小朋友多數能入讀好既中學,唔知是米真是咁呢? ANchan59既小朋友我印象中是冇補習既,唔知其他小朋友多唔多補習呢?
唔好意思,因為衞理既家長好少響bk留言,唯有厚住面皮請教兩位,想了解衞理多d.

Highly appreciated your memory.

NPMPS is not pushy in school, my son paid attention in class and finished all homework by himself and we seldom to review his works. He was very efficient and finished all works around 19:30 and seeked for our approval for TV or PC.

Some students attended tuition classess and some parents followed up their kids' work closely. All depends on your approach and value system.

Having said that, we also arranged some enrichment programs in Maths and English for him (like at P5, his maths around F4, English around F2-3). Becasue his standards in this two subjects quite advance compared with other kids in the school.

好多謝你既回覆,你之前好多留言我都有睇,我揀衞理其中一個原因是見你評價間小學好好,對間小學增強著信心,我唯一擔心既是英文,因為我d英文只是識睇唔識講,教唔到個女.我暫時報著英國文化協會d課程比個女,希望有用.請問你覺得衞理d英文程度ok嗎?聽聞今年會有四位外籍英語老師.

請問佢數學係唔係學奧數/公文數, 點至可以p.5學f.4的野?

British Council runs some good English programs, but you need to consider the travelling time and time slots.

The tuition centre just next to the school (not the one opposite to the school) also have native English teacher, we hired an English gentleman to polish my son's English conversation before KET and PET. Reasonable standard and cost.

My son is F5 now, I didn't upkeep much about the primary school. From some firends' comment, the English standard is still above average in Eastern District. Kenfu's comments are valid and useful.

BTW, my son originally was accepted by CCSC, he picked another DSS boys school in Kowloon eventually. A top boy from CCSC joined his school's IB program last year. He works extremely hard in all subjects, reasonable standard except English oral is below the par.

I guess you may consider CCSC as the target school for your daughter. Go to her website and study the admission requirements in details, particularly in ECA and services.

You may guide her to take up some in-school or external services as prefect, class monitor etc, CCSC counted those services.

Like Kenfu's son to take sports, music etc..... My son was the team captain of table-tennis in P6....
