I start from series 1.  I know that in public library we can borrow the Oxford Reading Tree, but not all the series, also no CD, but if you buy from book store, it include the CD.

The price is different for each series, around $1XX-$2xx for each series (each series has around 6 to 8 books), but my kid read it very slowly.  It is because she not read it daily.

Actually, this books are good. The Oxford Story Tree is cheaper than the Oxford Reading Tree, because of different printing, but the contain is the same.

Thanks very much for your information.  I will go and shop around.  But it is really confusing that they have Oxford Story Tree and Oxford Reading Tree.  So how much further you go now, Series ???

I also have the same questions as FloliMom.  But also where do you buy it mainly?  My daughter is now nearly 2 years old.  Does she need to start now?  Should I buy her stage 1, normally how do you teach your son.  You read them to him.  Thanks a lot.

I have also been to Book Fair and I was also looking for the ORT Books and nobody in the Book Fair can tell me where I can find the Books, therefore I didn't buy any.  I was also looking for Jolly Phonics in Book Fair and I couldn't find it neither.....  
ETC is in Tai Koo Shing and they don't have a website.  Their telephone no. is 2653 2789 and they only open on Wed or Sat, please call and check.  I also bought Letterland there before.  Bob & Wendy, did your kid learn any phonics?

I just call ETC and they said Stage 1 has 2 sets, 1 without words, 1 with 1 word and there is a stage 1 plus with simple sentence.  Also I told him that I would like to buy a set of Stage 2, but he said Stage 2 also have few sets, and it costs approximately $2XX per sets.  He explained that each Stage will have a main story set and the rest of the sets are the sub stories of the main story.  So, Bob&Wendy, please tell me which set you have bought for your kid and how much is it. For example, the sets you bought in book fair, how much they are?
