Hi,
My son started from PN last year and now studying in K1 of LHK (LV).
Last year when my son was in PN, the language used was primarily English + Cantonese with two elective sessions (20 min. per session) per week. The elective session is either Putonghua or Japanese.
Starting K1, the classes are grouped by streams: either English + Putonghua or English + Cantonese. For K1, I can see quite some new students joining but not sure how many new K1 joiners have attended PN class elsewhere before.
For my son's case, I am glad that I have enrolled him into PN class as my family setting is not able to provide enough stimulus to him and he was able to progress much faster by learning from other kids and the teachers in the PN class.
Besides, I believe kids are better prepared for enrolling into the K1 class of other kindergartens too if he/she has attended PN class.

自己其實傾向直接入k1, 但又怕到時好難入, 因為會收返自己n1的學生.
所以想請問學之園的家長, 是否所有小朋友也是由n1 開始讀, 還是有些都是k1才報讀的???
