That is not true!!!!!!!!!!
Last year, my daughter was accepted and registared to a private school in Nov 2004. In Dec. 2004, my daughter had not been allocated a place in the 1st round (due to the popularity of the school-20 point can only draw, my 15 points had no hope) Then EMB sent me a letter said knowing my daughter had already registered to a private school, whether I still want to enter the 2nd round of central allocation (the lucky draw). I replied yes. In June 2005, my daughter was allocated to my 1st choice of the "within my living district" school.  |
