學琴應該學到幾時可以參加考試?

Dear Chumeiying,
In my opinion, your daughter only 4 years old, she has much time to prepare the examiniation.  My daughter applied the 1st grade examination on Feb 2007 but she had started to study the examination songs on Nov 2006. Then, my daugther studied the scales, rythem ,listening and sight-reading step by step together with the 3 examination songs.  Around in the mid of 2007, my daughter can played the 3 examination songs.  She felt boring, then she suggested to play the others songs instead of only examination songs.  Then, I request her teacher to teach my daughter the other new songs.  That was no any pressure and my daughter was willing to play more every weekday, i.e. 3 examinations song, scales, and other 2 songs/week. Her teacher gave me 1 CD to train her rythem and difference on weekend. Nov 2007, I did not employe the interpriter for her examination as her teacher did not recommend.  She need to face the foreign examiner in the room. Now, she know how to keep confendence during examination or competition.  She also has an idea that what is a piano examination.

考琴除左揀3隻歌, 仲要準備scale, sight reading, arpeggios, aural...........真係幾多野架! 尢其是第一次咩都唔識, 好多都要由頭操起, 彈d歌唔係識就ok, 仲要有意境, 4歲似乎會好辛苦wor......
好多老師唔suggest續級考, 就係唔想學生報左考試, 就成年時間用晒黎練syllabus既野, 對培養音樂感唔係一件好事, 小朋友亦會悶同失去興趣, 所以有d老師主張跳級黎考, 寧願用中間d時間學下其他野呀

我仔個老師將個波交返比我, 舊年考二級, 原本諗住今年幫佢報五級, 點知阿仔表現'好飄忽', 校際首歌本來練得幾好, 點知臨比賽前佢好似失憶o甘成首歌改晒, 最後只得80分, 我同老師都失望, 攪到老師都唔敢建議比佢考五級lu.

我o的學生多數都係1,2,3級揀其中一級考, 4,5級又揀一次咁, 即係o係1-5級其間會考2次試, 等佢地知道考試係點, 有個目標同埋又有好多時間彈其他o野~

1級沒有什麼好考的啊,最低的都是由2級開始考起會好一些

Hi seven_cola,

我囡囡上年11月剛考了一級試，是老師提議佢去考，當時囡囡只有5歲，學了1年的琴，起初我都不想囡囡去考，因為想這是興趣，不用立即以分數去衡量，但老師堅持，說要讓囡囡去明白怎樣去準備考試，也要明白如何面對考官，之後我接納了老師的意見，直到考試當天，才明白老師的心意，囡囡太細，連譜都看不見，單獨在一間房中面對一位外籍的考官，真不容易！但囡囡仍很堅強，沒有哭，反而放膽去面對考試，結果還取了130分得了Distinction,及後囡囡都大膽了及有多點的信心，同年12月參加了鋼琴比賽得了銅獎，剛比賽完的校際也取得86分得了第三名，這都令老師及我們喜出望外，最重要是增加了囡囡學琴的興趣，現在老師說不用太緊張去再報考試了! 先看囡囡的進度，之後再決定。

其實都無話學琴應該學到幾時可以參加考試的, 我初初教琴時, o係琴行教, 有個學生(k2)上o左幾堂之後, 話要考一級, 當然我有反對, 不過佢話要個成績來報小學, o個陣我又唔識拒絕, so 比佢報, 好彩個學生學o野好快, 彈考試歌外都可以彈其他o野, 最終考到126分(好滿意o家喇)............
不過, 考完後, 我同佢媽咪講話下次考試唔會咁快, 要等佢追返o的skill先再諗考試, 咁佢就退左學喇..........
過左兩年, 見返佢, 問下佢o的近況, 佢話已經無學琴lu......話個仔都唔練琴.......唉.......我心諗, 你咁迫佢考試.......我都唔想學啦.........真係o徙左.......
我仲記得個考官有一句comment係話enjoy聽到個小朋友o既music..........

好多老師都唔比學生考一級, 如果你想考, 要跟老師商量.
