真光幼稚園一d都唔傳統, 好活動tim! 老師一路教一路會要小朋友input
我女nursery係讀一間所謂國際幼稚園, 慣左free, 初時入真光都有time out時間架! 我女都有d炸型, 過左頭幾個月, 習慣左, 學校又反而放鬆d
真光日日都有外戶活動時間, 個"遊樂場"真係好好呢!
真光係一間好平實既學校, 有自己室內外運動場, 禮堂, 真係除左秋季旅行, 咩節目都可以返學校攪掂

至於WARM, 我200%讚成!

Thanks for your sharing about TLKG, could you please share more about their English teaching at the school? How many hours / mins is their English class? Do they have English class everyday?

Frankly speaking, I don't know exactly the duration of each English lessons.  What I know is that there is a NET teaches phonics and orals (not everyday) and there are English sessions included in their normal lessons which was conducted by class mistress.  If you are really keen to have yr child learn very good English, TL may not fit your requirment.  However, for me, it's not a big problem as learning English is not as difficult as Chinese.  And I know they will be more 'demanding' in English while in primary cos their secondary school is EMI, the kids have to work hard so as to secure a place in secondary.

Regarding 'traditional'.  For me, it's not so.  My girl likes her teachers very much and I saw all kids are very happy enjoying the lessons and activities.  So, this is not as traditonal as what we perceive from the traditional 'cheung sum' secondary school uniform!  Teachers are nice to the kids.  I don't think traditional and strict KG can survive these days.  However, if you like very free style like international schools, then, TL may not be the cup of yr tea, they train the kids to behave well and have discipline.  I share about the good experience about this KG is that I do feel that this is a all-round KG in a sense that everything is quite balance... academic, fun activities, moral and discipline training, facilities, attitudes of the teaching staff etc...

Actually I am still struggling coz my girl is a very active one, I always worry if True Light will be too TRADITIONAL for her?? What do you think about nowadays True Light? Still very traditional??

我女讀緊, 講真我覺得這是一間很好的KG. 中文真喺有辦法教得好深而學生又吸收到,英文亦有NET教, 雖然不是教得深, 但我覺得OK, 有phonics. 我相信中文比英文難, 真光的中文底真好.  除此外, 課程內容豐富, 低班學生會學digestive system! 我不是因為女兒是其學生而盲目讚賞, 是比較自己其他孩子過去讀過的KG而有感而發

因為我11月生妹妹, 出院個日撞正st clare interview, 又係一早in, 所以係我老公同個囡去, 去到佢咩都唔肯答, 因為平時係我同佢去既, 所以waitlist, 好彩之前in st cat既時候係我未生, 所以有offer囉~

咁真光小學同中學係中文學校定英文學校呢?

可能係呀, 之前最鍾意救恩同大坑真光, 見救恩o個朝發燒, 去到唔答問題; 真光又係, 前一日突然有少少燒, 加上有d傷風咳, 同佢睇醫生, 醫生比左d好眼瞓既藥佢, 所以 o係的士上已經瞓左, 要叫醒佢入去見, 所以更加麻麻。

你收到st cat定st clare既offer呀?

真光係好好, 不過英文弱d, 中文就好好。諗落, 你o係坊間要搵英文班唔難, 想補中文就好難。
