Increasingly means two digits % increased, exact figure I can't write it out in public, but sure that 4 years later, number of band one students for two Kowloon side TL secondary and college have no significant difference and ranking, if still using existing calculation methodology, it should be 1B or above.

Due to calculation methodology, nearly all the "中中" in HK are grouped into Band 2A or below, based on the internet information..

KlnTL Sec: Form 3 or above is "中中", Form 1 & 2 is "英中" (Starting from year 2011, it has changed into "英中"), after few years later, all the Form will change into "英中", it's now in transition stage which is the same as primary school, P1~P2 is EMI, P3~P6 is CMI.

More, banding is for primary students only.  Internal record showed that the number of band one students entering KlnTL secondary is increasingly, especially for the year 2011 & 2012 after announcement to "英中".  Therefore, it's quite difficult to say "Band 1" or "2" or else.
