1. 高考生係叻过HK DSE生, 重要係好多果隻.
2. 大學应该收成绩好的学生, 而唔需理係咪(non)domestic student.
3. 中或英考DSE係咪同样公平.
4. 高考式操練係叻过d乜乜愉快學習.

所有考生都要面试？请问面试占比多少，还是起了收还是不收的作用？
英国大学比较看重考生跟报读学科相关的能力是否够强，而不看重全人发展，对吗？

My nephew applied Maths and Statistics of Oxford many years ago. He attended the interview and he told me didn't perform well and ended up with no offer. He did well in DSE with 5 x 5** and study at a local university.

My younger cousin applied the GBus of LSE and performed very well in the interview. She received a conditional offer relatively easy to achieve. She got 2 x 5** in DSE and then go to study at LSE.

My son's classmate applied a G5 university and performed OK in the interview. He received a conditional offer with strict requirements. His DSE results cannot meet the requirements and study at a local university eventually.

My son did not apply any UK university so I don't have further detailed information to share.

What Medicine students have studied 

Most Medicine students (who had studied A levels and started at Cambridge in 2018, 2019 and 2023) achieved at least A*A*A* (82% of entrants).

英國醫科申請學生要先考試，cut-off 比本地生高唔少。
之後面試再cut，post interview rate 可以低到20%

過到先攞到CO，但頭2關已踢走好多人。

大學收得, 就是認可 ...

其實情況有少少唔同，雖然學費一樣，但香港人用DSE考內地大學是另一計劃，並沒有佔用內地高考生的名額。而且內地大學第一年係數理生化咩都要讀，我兒子在其中一間C9就讀，同樣的科目比他中學同學在三大所讀的深好多，假如DSE都搞唔掂就算執漏上到好的大學都好大機會掛科，我們亦聽過有案例係內地大學讀唔掂要退學。
至於有人用高才通鑽空子用本地生身份入大學，我都贊成要設例，例如假如無永久居民身份證，就要有本地認可中學入學證明，先可以走本地生既途徑。其實內地DSE收生計劃，一樣要求有回鄉證（香港永久居民），唔係有身份證考完DSE就可以申請。
