if we group together, we have more power, the lawyer will know that not only one person being treated, it is a group of people, so if anyone could come next Tuesday at 3:00 pm, welcome. Before I was treated, also through Small Claim to get back the money I deserved. The lawyer is very fair and nice.

now it is not the $matter, it is a matter of fair and intergrity

pls list out the name you will come, and we may be wait at entrance

我有一個問題想問,而家攪到咁,已經上左堂,下堂會唔會再去上堂呀!往後點算好呀!

讚成。我都剛剛填了消委會的網上投訴表格。希望他們儘快聯絡我啦！

另外，大家有否問過繼續上課的話，是否會導致投訴失效？

其實今次事件令我心情好差，本來一心諗住學好游水，但依家錢又俾咗，學又學唔到，其他泳會的班又無哂。真係好唔開心，損失又點止$1300？可否好似外國咁，告佢地賠償心靈傷害？
如果只以小額錢債追討，咁咪益咗佢地？大部份受害者都唔去追究，結果佢地只要賠好少錢就得。

what should we bring?
haha ..i always want to emphasize that indeed i am 17. gosh! i haven't told my dad about this matter. i don't want to bother him and am afraid of scolding me of seeking such damn club..what the hell???
is it really my fault..? or will it be my fault if i don't tell him about that?

我地而家去告佢係一件天經地義既事

完全無錯,, 所以唔駛驚!!

hello~~~

今日我收到消費者委員會回復(於13/7係網上投訴), 將有一名"羅杏詩 tel:37611612" 跟進此事. 我聽日會call佢查問究竟. 並告知各位.

本人連同女兒(3years)共報初,中,高班 $1920, 佢地編我地同一組 , 又更改地點, 及後狂電佢地, 最後佢地轉回地點(上第一堂前一天), 但不同日期時間(我無可奈何同意咗), 並答應第二堂補多一個教練, 最後15/7上第一堂,1:10. 有一學員因安全問題拒絕上堂.  

今日我致電教練, 佢可能會resign, 皆因佢未收到人工, 只收到第一堂既入埸費 . 唉~~~怎辦?!!

我都唔會諗住再上！！

再上佢既堂，即係等於認同天x既一齊？

我知道唔上堂好似有Ｄ漏底，

但佢既服務差到咁，你仲願意上嗎？

就算真係拿唔返Ｄ錢，　我都唔會再上堂！！

我而家既做法就係一邊等消委會既消息，另一方面向小額錢債睇下有咩追討既辦法！



天x哩個既會員須知　第１３條

「另外如本會未能提供服務，本會最多只會發還不多於二成之學費予學生。」

哩條係咩規矩？收左人錢，咩都唔提供，係咪又可以唔駛退錢？
就算退，都不多於二成？

天x，你果然係香港既好泳會

i asked lawyer who suggested me to go small claims, not through consumer council.  Because they changed
important condition without reasonable time to notify us.
This point we can argue even if we signed insurance letter.

small claim 前，是否要 search 佢地址(是=B/R)嗎？
如佢地無註冊，我地咪無得追究？
有無人知點做？或有無人做緊？
