From your experience, how to tell if a child has potential in playing piano / musical instruments? My friend said my son should learn piano before he learns any other instrument. Is that true?

At what age should i let him learn piano then?

2. K-18E(BT) (Kawai)

請問"德國--波雲"鋼琴, 2001年3月買入, 當時 $48,000. 請問現在約值幾多錢 ????????

女仔-3.5歲，男仔4歲可開始學琴。
先學琴再學其他樂器係好些。至於potential，每個人都有，聰明既小朋友學得快D, 無咁聰明更加要學琴令佢聰明D。

YamahaLU90--印尼assemble，咁Kawai K-18係原廠日本會好D，新琴約$25000

I have the same problem as 12312. I don't know whether my sons will give up to learn. Kawai is more expensive than Yamaha. But the sound of Yamaha LU90 will be better than the piano made in China. Can you please give me more opinion?

Actually, Kawai is cheaper than Yamaha.Yamaha LU90 is better than China's Piano(sure), but the price is more expensive. Kawai KX-21, is the cheapest of Kawai piano, it is assemble in China (Japan design and Material), below $20000.
