the date of letter sent by Abacus is 14th Dec

hi, my son got in to both Abacus and Tutortime, which 1 do you think is better? he's going to Tutortime playgroup, seems to be very happy.

I just call the lady at Tsing Yi Kinder, who is working at Admin. Section. She is very nice.
She explains that they did not know the random list.

For example, they will invite 50 parents before Christmas for visiting school at Jan 08. Then they will send 50 letters at Jan for Feb 08 tour; 50 letters at Feb for Mrach tour, and ........................ They will organize 4 or 5 tours until all vacancy are filled.

If you cannot receive the letter at Dec, you may receive later until 17/3/08 tour, or put on the waiting list.

Parent can just wait and wait. I told her that many parent have to pay the deposit for secure the placement of other school. She understand but cannot help us, as the scheme is control by central.

She also receives more call from parent.

Hi All Mums of ESF TY Applicants,

I just called the office and the staff said ESF TY Still have not received the information from their center therefore they have not sent out any letter yet. They said the letters are ready but just have not received the name list from their center yet. So I guess we still have to wait and wait...good luck to all Mums.

Just received the invitation letter from ESF TY Kinder.  We live in Tai Po and not foreign passport holders.  Very lucky and very happy.  Hope all those parents on this topic can also receive the letter very soon. :

We have just got the letter from ESF Tsing Yi as well.  We are so happy about it.  

If we got the letter and being invited for the tour, it means 100% being accepted, right?

I am so happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, I had been checking the mail box since this Monday (everyday)......

My hubby said I am much happier than winning mark 6!!!!
