Hihi, just back from the "Autumn" theme trip to the HK Park with my younger son this morning.  

We did the sketches and the falling leaves, having so much fun.

Ah, you might misunderstand of my "what grade", I mean what grade of class, my son is second grade class which is Primary 2.

For the results, there are a total of 4 papers, he got full marks for both Listening and Speaking while the Reading and Writing require improvement, especially the comprehension.

Forgot to mention I have seen the "North Point Primary School" and "Chun Mei Primary School" also at HK Park, probably picnic for them.  For my older son will be next Thursday at Wanchai Gap Park.  I guess the picnic pattern will be P1 and P2 will go to one place, while P3 and P4 will go to another place, then P5 and P6 will go to a far area.

Lun Ma, is that the case?

Dear 麟媽,

Thanks for the clarity.

Was told P5-P6 went to Ocean Park, obviously it's wrong.
Scary but happy ending of the jacket, absent-minded seems to be the common issue for the boys.

You will never know how embarrass my son asks me to check his color pencil case, cardigan, drawing bag left at school when I headed home 8+ every night.  Then the next day I have to call school “I am the XXX's mom and would like to check...”

Thanks for sharing the social welfare info from the other parts of the world.

We will soon to have the Medical Levy introduces next year, it's a mandatory medical fund, a bit like the existing MPF but will require a fine tune of details.

I have participated the "Motivating Junior Students to Write English Poetry" and saw Ms. Malone from a far distance of the English Teachers.  Quite miss her as she has done a lot of sign languages like a pat on shoulder, touch on hair and blessings to the students.  It's quite a different style to the male NET now.

The Poetry workshop was full of fun as generating ideas and enhance student in writing.

Try below with you son by putting the color and you will know his inner feelings with a simple reason to support:-

School days are
Holidays are
Birthdays are
Exam days are
* All the teachers chosen black for exam

我已經第二次讀三年級常識,
真你唔使睇書都知點同佢溫,
我就熟成咁,亞仔就好多字識講唔識寫

今朝同二少在巴士時,
突然問下佢想唔想自己有部nds,
佢對眼立刻閃閃發光,
我就同佢講如果考試名次有xx就買比佢,
之後佢問我至到幾時,
我咪話至到六年級都得,
點知佢話至到中學得唔得,
佢驚小學都唔會得,
我梗係話好,
佢又立刻開心,
希望佢今次考試時多番d色彩.

哈！係喎，三子升班但你要留班！
其實ｄ仔對課文都熟架喇，
之但係家下唔係考口試，
小四常識無供詞，識答唔識寫死得喇…
所以琴日一律我開口問，亞仔寫來答，
攪到佢手都軟，我都有d 於心不忍！！ :(
亞仔後來寫到傻左，
叫佢舉例兩個辦學團體，佢寫：
聖公會/耶「鮮」會！！
你話死唔死？！

政府總部決策局已於二零零七年七月一日重組。教育統籌局(教統局)已改名為教育局。教育局會繼續負責教育政策方面的職責；而過往由教統局負責有關人力的政策，現由勞工及福利局負責。

而老師又無教佢地已改名喎。

If so, better stick to the original as teacher is the marker and not the government.  Less confrontation with the teachers.
