其實私人老師質素很參次，如無人介紹不如去音樂中心，有些老師grade8未考都教緊私人。

If you are looking for a economic choice to start with, I suggest you may take a look at the low price range at Tomlee which offers fine sound and quality. E.g., Ottostein (Korean) at about $13,000, Bechmann (made in China) at $9,900. There may be installment payment and you can trade-in to upgrade later.

Royal School (皇家)及Trinity (聖三一)係香港最common既音樂考試,簡單些：8級以上有3級diploma (其實無9級的)
Royal school 叫 DipAbrsm, Lrsm, Frsm(淺至深)
Trinity叫 Atcl , Ltcl, Ftcl(淺至深)

本人是一名鋼琴老師及studio既負責人，深知Grade8 pass係好容易，但我在請導師的過程中，知道好多Grade8未考就巳經教緊上門學生，雖然她們未必教唔到，但始終未學過怎去教學生，唔好貪平。

HI Yanni,

小女剛學了half years鋼琴老師便說她可以升一級, 不知是否意思是開始學一級課程, 是正常嗎. 通常由初學到一級, 二級, 三級等是須要多長時間同基本上日日要彈多久. 可否簡單講講. Thanks.

本人非常同意, 因為我都係鋼琴老師, 都有D家長嫌我個收費貴過某D老師, 因為我自己有atcl, 所以唔想降低個價錢, 我知有D人7級都已經出黎教, 但係我就覺得未必教到囉!!

應該要問下個老師個學歷, 文憑, 價錢同經驗, 個價錢個高低通常都係要睇咪學歷同文憑, 如果學左一排, 可以再睇咪老師認唔認真同咪有幾多熱忱於教琴

淨係彈2日, 一日30分鐘實在太少時間啦!!! 如果都已經要考二級, 應該要買琴?? 最好係可以日日都練琴, 一日都要最少最少30分鐘!

For my son, he was passed grade 2 exam in year of 6 and now attending grade 3 piano lesson, I don't let him to attend grade 4 exam, maybe when about time, I will let him to attend grade 5 exam.

But he is not time to have practice during weekday.
