I was told in the pre-K2 meeting last month that they will learn the phonics from K2 second term.  The phonics is not the jolly phonics or letterland but the SPK own set of phonics.

婷婷既教練係喺九龍教架喎, 游水堂頭4堂會上30分鐘, 因為教練等佢地習慣下先, 之後就每堂1hr, 咁我覺得最好搵個同齡既小朋友, 如果唔係一個大d一個細d, 學野吸收程序唔同, 所以唔係咁好, 我地係去公共泳池, 我唔知私人池佢教唔教, 咁我地每次入去係要比錢架(大人小童都係自費), 咁我問過教練我唔入得唔得, 佢話如果唔介佢幫小朋友換衫既話係可以既, 但係我冇咁做因為我個係女仔麻, 比男教練換衫都唔係咁好, 同埋入埋去喺池邊睇住安全d既

Have you considered the "Hoi Tin" swimming course? They are using the swimming pool in St. Paul's Primary School. My daughter has started her first lesson last sunday and it's quite good. About 1:4 or even less depanding on the kid's age. The fee is $ 810.00 for 9 lessons.

Thanks for your information.  Is SPK's own set of phonic materials similar to others, say, Jolly Phonics?
My daughter is now learning Jolly.  Will there be problem if she continues with Jolly and later learn SPK's?

As far as I know, Dr Kong has the size available for Primary 1 and above and not for Kindergarten.

Thanks for your comment about 鯉景灣泳池，見妳咁講，我諗，呢個暑假一定要帶個女去玩玩試下 。其實我咁問，因為我見有個泳會（史丹福）都係果度教。F 暑假個schedule 係點呀？Jackie 上晝通常係屋企自己一個玩呀，唔介意，請埋 F & 哥哥上黎同一齊玩呀？BTW, 上個星期 五（7月1 號）我地棟樓（16 樓）懷疑火燭呀！ 妳果日係唔係屋企附近？我地係名苑食完 lunch 準備去行街街時見到1234.....5架救火車好"浩浩蕩蕩"咁駛入條村，以為大件事tim 呀 - 幾驚險！又比Jackie 見識下"大場面"喇 （後尾話個戶住係屋企放D 軀虫噴霧吹晒出走廊，鄰居以為火燭報警！)

我無係Dr. Kong 度買過鞋，但校方比D 資料果2-3 間鞋舖都好好呀，大部份SP 學生 （3-18歲）都差不多係呢幾間度買過鞋架喇....

星期日先岩岩去完游水咋，由9:30玩到12pm，唔願走． 揾日一齊去玩呀．F無暑期活動，日日係屋企發”牛豆”，到時call妳呀

I plan to let Rachel learn swimming next year. This year we just swim in our building swimming pool and I'm teaching her to blow the ping pong ball. Any Sundays if J and you would like to join us, just call me. It is very convenient because you can get changed at our home and go down to 5/F swiming with slippers and big towel.

Regarding the drawing class, Rachel has been attending the one in Wanchai on every Saturdays. www. artistickids.com.hk

AlXXXa's mami冇call我喎, 係唔係佢唔係個個都叫呀? 至於暑期班, 我岩岩幫婷婷報左屋企留下間幼稚園既暑假課程, 我報左國語, 手工, 畫, 同體操, 4樣野, 但每堂1個鐘, 我至在唔洗日日喺屋企, 叫做落下街上下堂咁, 不過8月先開始, 7月都要悶2個星期, 但我估我老公唔洗返工既日子都應該會帶婷婷去行下既.

It's quite good. My daughter is attending the 12:00-1:00 pm session on Sunday and they do have classes on Satuaday.
