請問有無人收到港大同學會2nd interview通知

As HKUGA is a DSS school, why don't you register first?  coz your daughter can still attend the 2nd in offered by your 'most favorite school'.  Of course, if you think that this school is not suitable for your daughter or you don't want to give up '1st round lucky draw', then you should not register.   
It's good to benefit the kids who are on the waiting list & really want to study here.

我仔仔係港同讀緊小一, 我入讀前都以為學校會好自由的,原來不是, 學校都有很多規矩要遵守, 我仔仔欠交功課又會罰冇小息要留係課室靜思。 我仔仔上堂試過玩筆唔留心, 罰冇小息留係課室清潔服侍同學。學生欠交4次功課, 學校會出信給家長留意。我之後才明白學校很緊張學生是否交齊功課, 有獎有罰, 一d都唔會話放縱學生的。

我仔仔試過被罰後就很緊張要帶齊功課, 開始學懂負責任, 他小息有很多野玩的, 所有冇小息對小朋友來說都幾慘, 不過佢可以服侍同學又話好開心, 俾佢激死。

學校著重小朋友的自由發揮,創作及表達意見, 不是行為的自由。功課量不多, 但要思考去做的, 建立學生的創意,有些都唔容易做, 總括來說仔仔讀得很開心愉快, 普通話都進步得很快(只係開學兩個月)。

港同太自由只係外人的誤解, 你有時間都去小學一覽, 港同topic一起傾啦。

我都報左一間心儀小學, 但要等到11月尾先有result, 仲未必收, 可能又要等到6月, 好似博唔過.

I'm waiting for the letter too... why don't they just post the result on their website? If they could do that for the 1st round interview, why can't they do it for 2nd round... it would save us a lot of worries...

What I suspect is that they offer seat to first batch of kids. Those got letters need to enroll before 28th Oct. If any turn out NO show, they will issue acceptance letter to those they put on waiting list.

其實咁都好丫, 起碼第一輪無offer既家長, 好快可以再有機會..........以前一lot過出晒, 註冊之後只會call少量top waitlist(十個八個啦我估), 至於其他waitlist, 會去到7月尾至再call, 由十月叩門到7月, 你話幾難捱呀

以前出信, 有非常少量叫top waitlist, 其實無人知有幾多, 我自己估十個八個掛..........通常register完之後, 即時可以收到call
今年似乎程序改左, 同往年唔同, 所以我唔知做法如何? 你地已經收信了嗎? 我唔肯定有無人係學校準備出第2round offer而未收信的

My girl is 優先後補取錄生 too...

I think they listed most failed applicants as 優先後補取錄生 so we won't feel too bad. Anyway, I'm proud of my girl. She made it into the second round without any special training/instruction from us which is already exceed my expectation!

My kid get no letter or phone up to now.
