有冇收到kv o既 reject & waiting list信呀？

我個女9月呀，我估計係因為老師叫佢唔使再唱，而我個女堅持要繼續唱，所以唔得！

I guess KV 收到11月 is early Nov. Anyway, doesn't matter la. They have the rights to choose their students. So many applicants for them to choose.
They like to choose big B, good-looking, disciplined children.
My daughter is studying in K1 now, even this is the case, my 2-year old son is still on waiting list. I think KV already very 'give face' not to give me a rejection letter. I may apply KV for my son again next year as he is a 'small B' now.
Don't take this kindergarten interview thing too seriously. Although my son does not get an acceptance letter from KV, I never question the abilities of my small B son.

唔洗唔好意思, 因我唔係佢忠實擁戴者. 雖然我小朋友好好彩, 第1round已被收讀上午班, 仲要無被要求唱歌仔. 但之後先知, 我既理念/要求, 同 kv 好唔同. 我地要返工, 身邊又無乜同齡既親戚朋友, 所以我地希望透過家校合作, 而有更多既親子活動. 再者, 傳統教育, 我認為唔適合我既小朋友. 當初報名, 只係羊群心態.

學校想收邊種學生無人知, 主考老師比分都有鬆緊.  如果你真係有心, k1 唔收, k2 可以再試過.

Yes, I forget to say.  If the mother need to work.  KV will depend the occupution of the parents.   I don"t understand that ?? I have asked some friends, thier child had a very good interview and her daughter/son  also a "Big B".  But both parents need to work, so she received a waiting list letter.      

my 1st kid is now a K3 student, and 2nd kid is got accepted for K1 next yr.  during the interview, they never asked me my or my husband's career.  it does not matter whether we are a housewife.  frankly speaking, KV really can train up a kid to work out his/her job with min guildiance from parents, and without doubt, their acadamic is good.  so its graduates can be accepted easily by good primary school.  even though, i'm still hesitating to let my 2nd kid to study at KV as there is not NET there.   
of course, for sure KV is a good kinder if you do mind

My husband and I also working. My daughter not singing. Interview not good but she is a Big B. I just tell the teacher take care children by domestic helper only. My daughter also a active girl . Finally KV accepted her to PM kent road. So I think the acceptance of kids had difference standard. On the waiting list don't give up. When SC have result. I think more MAMA to SC. You also have chance to KV. To all mama.....

But who said that 培正公平d呢? It is that parents cannot be present during the interview process, therefore, do not know what's going on during the interview at 培正. That's why.

我想澄清，我沒有覺得我的孩子比別人優勝，也沒有一面倒抹黑kv。如果kv唔好，我亦唔會報考。

你以下的話是否說我在看低別人的孩子呢？還是我理解力低呢？

"不要老是認為自己的總比別人優勝, 因成長快慢很睇個人, 別的小朋友今日未做到, 並不代表佢以後都做不來. 如果家長存有這想法的要更正!"

我只是不明白為甚麼kv口中的被取錄生全是滿分，然而，我朋友的小孩卻不是做到100分，但還是被取錄。

有睇我之後post上bk的message，我有提及到小女表現並不理想，唔得係意料之內！！

我都覺得kv不喜歡太活潑的孩子﹐老師問我先生我個仔最中意什麼﹐我老公答唱歌﹐我個仔當時也是唱了一首完整且比較長的歌﹐不知道有沒有關係﹐不過我不等位了﹐因我覺得如果kv傾向於比較文靜的小朋友﹐那我個仔真是不適合讀這間學校。

大家都唔好再去爭拗...學校既收生標準,我地作為家長都好難清楚.
老實講,考唔到既小朋友,家長一定係失望....但又唔好因為自己小朋友考唔到間學校,就去數間學校既不是,....咁樣做又好似唔多大方..
我個囝兩年前去考培正,最後都考唔到...但我只會覺得係自己小朋友表現未如理想,同埋亞Q D去唸..唔收我個仔,係學校唔識欣賞...哈哈
大家努力呀...小朋友而家先幼稚園,條路仲有排行,我地家長亦有排擔心...放鬆D啦

Think about it this way.  If you were the headmistress, would you only consider the kid's performance during the interview?  I would not, because they are just babies, and it's just normal for babies to have stranger anxiety.  A lot of factors thus count - the teacher's impression of the kid and the parents (which is very subjective), the parents' background (I remember they did ask for such info on the form?), school that siblings go to, etc..  I believe whether you got accepted or not has little to do with the kid.  You are just lucky, or you are not.  It's that simple.
