房委會通過明年2月免租


免租 房委會昨通過，除富戶外，全港公屋將於明年2月免租一個月，預計會減少9.63億元收入。另外又通過以居民入息指數調整租金的原則下，推行可加可減機制，並在修訂《房屋條例》後，全港公屋劃一減租11.6%。

房委會主席孫明揚表示，將於明年1月提交修訂法例，取消《房屋條例》中租金不能超過入息中位數10%的條文，期望立法會可於明年中通過法例。

房委會大會昨討論免租一個月租金，但有委員建議應免租兩至三個月，才可補償過去經濟下滑時房委會多收的租金。不過，房署消息人士表示，免租一個月暫時對房委會來說已是底線，加上會上只有3名委員反對，所以認為未有修訂空間。

消息人士又強調，免租一個月並非政治交易以換取立法會通過修例，但希望立法會儘快通過。另外，為令計算方便及易明，消息人士指，即使修例未能如期完成，劃一減租的11.6%比率亦不會改變。 (都市)

re the ranking, last time teacher indicated within 5/10/20 in the class law, for ranking in the form, just mentioned the top/middle/lower in the form gar jar   perhaps the school doesn't want to put pressure on the kids lar   Not sure if it will be print in the school report for final result of the first term
